By commissioning Spotted Spur Studios, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Policy
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your commission slot and begin the creation process.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before the completed suit is shipped.
- Payment plans are available upon request, but no work will begin until the deposit is received and the payment schedule is confirmed.
2. Pricing
- All prices are based on suit complexity, including design details, materials, and customization.
- Our pricing guide serves as a general estimate only and is subject to adjustment based on your specific request.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
3. Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including cancellations or dissatisfaction after work has begun.
- If you cancel after paying the deposit, the deposit is forfeited.
- If you cancel after full payment but before shipping, only the shipping cost may be refunded.
4. Ownership & Rights
- Spotted Spur Studios retains the right to post progress and finished photos of your commission for portfolio and promotional use unless otherwise requested.
- All custom designs remain your property; however, Spotted Spur Studios reserves the right to refuse duplicate recreations for other clients.
5. Shipping
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and are calculated at the time of completion.
- We are not responsible for damage or delays once the item has been shipped.
6. Client Responsibility
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate references, measurements, and clear communication throughout the process.
- Delays in response or missed payments may result in your commission being delayed or canceled.
